I want to find the most suitbale homes for my puppies that i possibly can and these questions will help me get to know you so that i may place the right puppy with the right family.

Do you have children? If so what are their ages?

Which of the following puppies are you interested in?

If you plan to breed are you willing to wait until the puppy is old enough? (1.5-2 yrs old)

What type of housing do you currently reside in? EX Mobile home, Condo, Rent/Own a house

Where will the puppy be kept day and night?

How many hours a day(on average) will your puppy be left alone? Where will it be confined while alone?

Have you ever owned an American Eskimo before? If so what happened to it (ex: ran away, stolen,cause of death,sold/rehomed)

Have you ever taken a pet to the pound/shelter? If so please explain why?

Do you have any pets currently living in your household? If so please give the details of species, breed, sex, age, size, fixed or intact.

Do you have a fenced in yard?

Do you have a smoker in your home? IF so do you plan to allow your eskie to be exposed to the harmful life shortening effects of second hand smoke?

Are you willing to commit yourself to this pup for the next 10-15 years as I am with every pup i birth into my bare hands?

Are you prepared for an eskies high energy level?

Are you prepared to deal with the eskies naturally warry behavior towards strangers?

Will you stay in contact with me for the duration of the pups life? Just as i vow to stay in contact with you no matter what!

Will you inform me of new contact information should you move while your pup is still alive?

Will you inform me when the puppy dies and its cause of death? Hopefully this would not happen for many years!

Will you return this puppy to me as it is required in my contract should you veer have any reason to rehome it no matter how old the dog has come to be?
