American Eskimos will be held only if a deposit has been received, and is still for sale until such time as said deposit is received by Seller. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. Full payment must be made before the eskie leaves Seller's possession.

Health Certification:
To the best of the Seller's knowledge, the eskie is free of signs or symptoms of communicable disease as of date eskie leaves Seller. Buyer has opportunity to have the eskie examined by his/her licensed veterinarian within 48 hours from the time eskie leaves. Buyer shall notify Seller immediately if any such illness is found. In the event such a medical problem is found the Buyer shall have the option of returning eskie within 5 days of the date of purchase ONLY with the written diagnoses from the vet for a full refund minus the deposit. The Seller will not be responsible under any circumstances for any veterinary (or other) bill incurred by the Buyer. All transportation charges are to be paid by Buyer, including those incurred if the eskie is returned. 1-year warranty from genetic defects of the heart, lungs, liver and kidneys in the event such a defect is found within one year of date of sale said pup may be returned at the expense of the buyer and exchanged for a puppy of equal value when puppy becomes available. The ONLY option is exchange, no refunds will be made.
Prefix Requirement and Registration:
Buyer shall use the kennel name prefix 'Lovebugs' when registering said Eskie. Buyer agrees that the Eskie will be registered with the kennel club papers provided by the seller. If the Eskie is not registered by the age of one year or registered without the kennel name “Lovebugs” Buyers agree to pay the fee listed in the penalty section.
Spay/Neuter agreement:
Said puppy is being sold as (Seller check one)
1: Companion, required to be spayed/neutered by 5 months of age (Proof of procedure must be provided within one week of the 5 month deadline or the puppy can/will be repocessed by the Seller) _______
2: Breeding prospect with full registration (Seller retains no breeding rights. In a male if both testicles have not descended by 1 yr of age a replacement of equal value will be exchanged for the previous pup when one becomes available, replacement/exchange is the only option. The buyer will pay for all transportation) ______
3: Show prospect with full registration. (Seller does not guarantee any show wins but has evaluated said puppy to have no major disqualifying faults at the time of sale. In a male if both testicles have not descended by 1 yr of age a replacement of equal value will be exchanged for the previous pup when one becomes available, replacement/exchange is the only option. The buyer will pay for all transportation) _______
Restrictions:
Said puppy may not ever be sold or given away by Buyer without the prior written consent of Seller, who shall have a right of first refusal. In the event the puppy is sold without written consent of the Seller, Buyer will be prosecuted for the return of the puppy and must pay all court cost and travel expenses of the pup and the penalty fee listed below if found to be in violation of puppy contract. It is agreed that the place of venue for any such legal disagreement will be Grand Rapids Michigan.
Penalty Fines:
If a companion puppy is not altered by the deadline described above Buyer agrees to pay Seller in the amount of $200 for the "breeding rights" for the puppy even if he/she is altered at a later date.
In the event that the puppy is sold or given away or taken to the pound/shelter at anytime in its life and the Buyer is prosecuted for contract violation there will be a fee in the amount of $500 that the Buyer agrees to pay the Seller as a penalty. If the puppy/dog is still obtainable by the Buyer they agree to retrieve it and return it to the Seller when paying their fee.
If the Eskie is not registered with the kennel club papers provided by the Seller by the age of 1 year the Buyer agrees to pay the Seller in the amount of $100 and will surrender the kennel club papers so that the eskie may be registered by the Seller in the Seller's name.
